You’ll Need:
4 boneless skinless thin chicken breasts.
4 minced garlic cloves.
4 tbsps of brown sugar.
3 tsps of olive oil.
1 tsp of salt.
1 cup of cheese.
How to:
Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic. Turn off the heat and mix in the brown sugar and salt.
In a casserole dish lined with tin foil, place the chicken breasts and pour ¾ of the garlic mixture over it. Season with salt and pepper.
In a preheated oven to 375° bake for 30 minutes.
Add the cheese and remaining brown sugar and garlic mixture over the top 10 minutes before the chicken is cooked through.
