INGREDIENTS
3-4 boneless chicken breasts.
Salt and pepper.
1 cup of cornstarch.
2 beaten eggs.
¼ cup of canola oil.
You’ll need (for the sauce):
¾ cup of sugar.
4 tbsps of ketchup.
½ cup of distilled white vinegar.
1 tbsp of soy sauce.
1 tsp of garlic salt.
Cut the chicken into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Place the cornstarch in a large bowl and beat the eggs in another bowl.
Dip the chicken into the cornstarch then into the eggs.
In a large skillet, heat ¼ cup of oil and brown the chicken. Place the browned chicken in a 9×13 greased baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together and pour evenly over the chicken.
In a preheated oven to 325° bake for 1 hour turning the chicken every 15 minutes.
